Aurora Perez is truly a Southern California girl. She has been fortunate enough to be born and raised in Sunny San Diego and enjoy all of the pleasures the city has to offer. Growing up in Clairemont, just minutes away from the beach made her childhood a very happy one to say the least. Nineteen years ago she moved to the lovely family-oriented suburban town of Temecula, also known as Wine Country due to it’s abundance of beautiful, family owned wineries. Seeing that city grow and develop residentially and commercially through the years has been very inspiring for her and is part of the reason she entered into the Real Estate field. She has also been blessed enough to have lived in the gorgeous community of 4S Ranch in Rancho Bernardo. Currently Aurora resides in Temecula’s sweet sister-city, Murrieta, just blocks from the beautiful Harveston Lake neighborhood, where she and her husband enjoy raising their vibrant six year old daughter. She loves the cultural diversity San Diego has to offer, as well as the great weather and closeness of various regions from city life, beach life to suburban life. Being a San Diego native and living in various communities throughout San Diego & the Inland Empire has certainly added to her knowledge and expertise of the area, as well as fueled her passion and appreciation of Real Estate. She recalls first falling in love with realty at the young age of ten while visiting the amazingly charming Victorian homes of Heritage Park in Old Town San Diego. That moment sparked her love of Architecture & Design.

In 2004 she had the pleasure of working for a large Interior Design Company whose main focus was working with buyers designing their new build construction tract homes. Her four years there enhanced invaluable traits that were already implanted in her character. Aurora knows communication is key in any relationship. She prides herself on honesty and loyalty. Instilled with a strong sense of integrity, the desire to help others to the best of her ability comes naturally. She is bilingual in Spanish and can assist her clients in both languages.

Now, as a Realtor with one of the best companies in the industry, she’s tackling another aspect of the home buying experience, and is loving every minute of it. Helping people realize their dreams, whether it be buying or selling, all while being encompassed in the Real Estate field is the epitome of the best of both worlds for her.
